Terms of Service
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before utilizing the CardSOFT platform, trading desk, or wallet infrastructure.
1 Acceptance and Binding Agreement
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or transacting on the CardSOFT website (https://cardsoft.online), web applications, or authorized communication channels, you ("User", "Trader", or "You") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Gift Card Policy, and Prohibited Activities Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately terminate your use of our platform.
2 User Eligibility and Account Registration
To be eligible to trade on CardSOFT, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to enter into binding financial contracts under Nigerian law.
- Provide truthful, accurate, and verifiable identity information, including your full legal name, valid email address, and active Nigerian phone number.
- Maintain only one (1) registered personal trading account. The creation of duplicate, disposable, or surrogate accounts is strictly forbidden.
- Ensure the absolute confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all trades initiated from your account.
3 Nature of Trading Services
CardSOFT acts strictly as a secondary digital gift card buyer and liquidity aggregator. We are not an issuer, distributor, or official agent of any gift card merchant (such as Apple, Amazon, Steam, Nike, Vanilla, or others). All brand names, trademarks, and registered logos remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. CardSOFT provides liquidity services solely in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
4 Rate Validity and Offer Locking
Gift card exchange rates fluctuate in real time according to international market demand, card type, denomination, currency, and verification complexity. The rate displayed at the moment you submit your trade reference is locked for that specific transaction for a window of 60 minutes. Submissions received after market repricing or expired verification windows may be re-quoted at current prevailing rates.
5 Verification and Inspection Rights
Upon submitting a gift card (physical scratch card or digital e-code), CardSOFT's trading desk initiates cryptographic balance audits and retailer verification.
- Standard verification typically completes within 5 to 15 minutes for automated digital vouchers.
- Physical retail cards requiring manual merchant inquiries may take up to 30 to 45 minutes.
- CardSOFT reserves the absolute right to reject any card that fails verification, exhibits zero balance, has already been redeemed, is regional-locked, or lacks a legible purchase receipt where required.
6 Wallet Balances and Bank Settlements
Approved trades credit your CardSOFT user wallet immediately in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
- Wallet balances can be withdrawn at any time to any valid Nigerian commercial bank account registered in your verified legal name.
- Withdrawals are processed automatically via licensed payment aggregators (Paystack / Interswitch) within 60 seconds.
- Once a bank transfer has been disbursed to your designated bank account, the transaction is irrevocable and cannot be recalled or cancelled.
7 User Representations and Lawful Ownership
By submitting any card to CardSOFT, you explicitly represent and warrant that:
- You are the rightful legal owner of the gift card, or have received explicit legal authorization from the purchaser to liquidate it.
- The gift card was acquired through legitimate commerce and was not purchased using stolen credit cards, compromised bank accounts, phishing schemes, romance scams, or illegal proceeds.
- You will not redeem, sell, or disclose the card code to any third party following submission to CardSOFT.
8 Suspension, Freezing, and Legal Remedies
CardSOFT enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. In the event of suspected fraud, stolen card submission, or chargebacks, CardSOFT reserves the right to immediately freeze user wallets, withhold pending payouts, confiscate illicit balances, and transmit full transaction logs, IP addresses, and bank identities to law enforcement agencies, including the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled through amicable negotiation; failing which, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
