2. Service Description

CardSOFT is a gift card trading platform that allows users to sell their gift cards for Nigerian Naira (NGN). We facilitate transactions between users and provide payment processing services.

2.1 Supported Cards

We accept various gift cards including but not limited to Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, Steam, Visa, and eBay gift cards. The list of accepted cards may change at our discretion.

2.2 Exchange Rates

Exchange rates are determined by CardSOFT and may vary based on card type, amount, and market conditions. Rates are displayed before transaction submission and are final once accepted.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 KYC Verification

We may require identity verification (KYC) for certain transaction limits or security purposes. Failure to complete verification may result in account limitations.

4. Trading Rules

4.1 Card Submission

When submitting gift cards, you must:

• Provide clear, legible images of the card
• Enter accurate card information
• Only submit cards you legally own
• Not submit used, invalid, or fraudulent cards

4.2 Verification Process

All submitted cards undergo verification. We reserve the right to reject any card for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Unclear or incomplete images
• Invalid or already-used cards
• Suspicious activity or fraud indicators
• Violation of our policies

4.3 Transaction Limits

We impose minimum and maximum transaction limits which may vary based on your account level and verification status.

5. Payments

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Paystack to Nigerian bank accounts. You must provide valid bank account information to receive payments.

5.2 Payment Timing

Approved transactions are typically paid within minutes to 24 hours. Delays may occur due to bank processing times or verification requirements.

5.3 Fees

Standard Paystack transfer fees apply to withdrawals. We do not charge additional trading fees unless otherwise specified.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Submit fraudulent, stolen, or illegally obtained gift cards
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
• Harass or abuse our staff or other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the platform
• Use automated tools or bots without permission

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our platform

Upon termination, any pending balances may be forfeited if fraud is suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardSOFT shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount of your last transaction
• Issues arising from third-party services (Paystack, banks)

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• First, contact our support team for resolution
• If unresolved, mediation in Lagos, Nigeria
• Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
